Farzaneh, is a licensed Oregon attorney with extensive experience handling complex immigration matters. Because immigration law is federal, Mr. Farzaneh can represent Oregon clients remotely through secure video calls, phone consultations, and email, and is also available to travel to Oregon when needed.

About Sina N. Farzaneh

Mr. Farzaneh is admitted to practice in the State of Oregon, the 10th Circuit, the Western District of Oklahoma, and before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).


He earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law after completing his Bachelor’s in International Studies at the University of Oklahoma.


Sina began his legal career gaining hands-on immigration experience in Portland, Oregon, where he worked with a prestigious firm handling complex immigration cases. Today, he works closely with clients across the U.S., guiding them through family-based petitions, waivers, naturalization, and removal defense matters.


Outside of law, Sina enjoys spending time with his fiancée, playing tennis, and caring for his dog.
